@Respawn @PlayApex Your garbage anti cheating has banned a large number of green players, and you don't care. This is a bug ban. If it's not resolved, just wait for APEX to die

The fact that hideouts just banned an account in apex legends because of a Twitter post without actually investigating is a pretty big issue. These are accounts people pour money and time into. Do a full investigation before a perm ban should be bear minimum.

Looks like servers are still being unstable, with many of you reporting new issues over the last minutes. Give it a few tries, and it will hopefully let you in at some point :(

I think it’s crazy how @EA can falsely Ban People in Apex but they can’t Ban the real cheaters that have been Hard cheating and 6/9 manning in ranked on console, the ban system is a absolute joke and so is the Anti cheat! #ApexLegends

Wait hold on I’m confused. Didn’t EA say in their email that they did a full investigation? Could it be they falsely ban players on apex legends then never bother to look into the case and cause players to lose hundreds of dollars they spent on their account. I can’t believe it.

@PeakedPanda @tomiozi3 @Respawn @PlayApex @EA i killed some bots not intensonaly i thought those were just somw real bad players when found out that those spawns by cheaters i always made sure that i wasnt killing bots cuz i play fair but after 4 weeks i got banned

@tomiozi3 @Respawn @PlayApex @EA Its technically not a bug. Its bot scripts. There are bots being put into games now that are not controlled by EA, but by cheaters. You can see examples of this from multiple creators when they went into solos. But if you kill this type of bot. It spams reports on your account.

There's currently a false ban bug in Apex Legends that unfortunately got me 12ish days ago. Been patiently waiting for a fix but @Respawn has not even acknowledged it and submitting cases to @EA gets you bot responses so it's getting kind of annoying. Pls fix EA: MyBrainIsAbsent

Update on this.. says I'm still banned, no clue why.. Checked my email. Nothing. Checked EA help this morning, no history.. nada.. I haven't checked Xbox yet.. but this is really wild. @PlayApex

@EA @EAHelp @PlayApex are now straight up ignoring my emails. I have asked, multiple times, for a real person. To tell me how I was "cheating" because I don't even know what I was cheating with! This help desk is trash. I've never been banned from any game I've played ever.

Obviously it's case by case and I cannot vouch for the innocence of the person I'm qrting but the amount of claimed "false bans" I have been seeing in the last few weeks have gone up tenfold. Seriously, no exaggeration

welcome to apex legends a game where actual rage cheaters who all head shot me 200 m away dont get banned but i get false banned on 2 different accounts and am now hardware banned where i cant even play the game nice one @PlayApex @RSPN_Hideouts

@EAHelp I had my account suddenly banned in May. I have committed no fraud of any kind. I am sure there are many like me on x. I raise an objection and all you do is reply with a bot. Is there any fix for this? I have evidence that it is a bug.
