Happening Now: Drama in Court as Barrister Marshall Withdraws Bail Application for Justice Crack. There was a dramatic commotion in court today as lead counsel, Barrister Marshall, clashed with fellow lawyer Barrister Femi, both part of the legal team representing Justice Crack. The heated argument resulted in Barrister Marshall withdrawing from the case entirely. This withdrawal automatically invalidates the bail application he had filed on behalf of Justice Crack. The judge noted that with the lead counsel’s exit, the pending bail application is now invalid. The case has been adjourned to Monday. It is unfortunate that personal egos among the defence team have prevailed, forcing Justice Crack to remain in detention for at least four more days as a result of this internal feud. The fight is against the evil Government, not against your fellow oppressed citizen! Very sad indeed. Note: all lawyers in the defence counsel are working on the case Bro-Borno, based on humanitarian service.
