Same issue everytime with @ZeptoNow.I order milk and everytime the polythene is torn and the milk packets are out of the polythene and then they charge handling charges 10 rupees then why is it not handled properly

@ZeptoNow @zeptocares I always have a bad experience with the delivery boys. They always call and say, “I’ve just reached the location, please come and pick up your items.” I live on the 3rd floor, but they stay on the ground floor and expect us to come down.

Isn’t this supposed to be a door-to-door service? Why do I always have such bad experiences? Just now, around 11 PM, it happened again. The delivery guy called and said the paper bag was torn, so I should come and pick it up.

Few minutes ago I ordered 2 things from @ZeptoNow and they took around 45 minutes to deliver it. Talked to the delivery boy and he told me that rider refused to deliver becoz they were getting paid less. I should think of odering from @SwiggyInstamart

@zeptocares @imVgupta2 Zepto support always said they are very busy hence closing thread. Very untrusty support. Even the timer after placing order is not updated after 30 mins it is showing it is delivered faster than rocket.
