This quarter, I’ve closed multiple $1M+ without a slide deck. I’m using a single AI tool. Today, I want to share it, free. After signing, a prospect asked me how we created the site. They were so wow-ed they wanted it for their own clients. Here’s what floored them: it took a single designer 5 minutes to prompt and launch. The AI chains together 6 key parts of our sales process, turning a 18-page deck into a single, personalized website. When they asked, I gave them this template and workflow. Now I want to share it for free: Follow me + comment “GA” and I’ll DM it.

My companies close $20M/year on 30-minute Zoom calls. I had an ex-McKinsey consultant reverse-engineer exactly how: – Sales call recordings – Sales scripts – Lead gen systems Reply with “GA” and I'll DM you the copy. Free.

Claude Cowork + Meta Ads is absolutely wild 🤯 I built an AI creative system that does what most ad teams can't. Every AI model I tested fell flat on ad creative. Generic hooks, surface-level angles, zero understanding of what actually converts on Meta. Then I got inside Claude Cowork. 12 hours later I had a full system dialed in for paid social creative. Here's what it does: → Analyzes your best ads and tells you exactly why they're winning → Generates fresh angles segmented by buyer awareness level → Writes first lines engineered to stop the scroll on Meta → Builds execution-ready briefs your creative team can run with immediately → Flags when your current ads are going stale and suggests pivots All inside one Claude Cowork workspace. No plugins. No extra tools. Here's who this is for: Brands spending $50K-$500K/month on Meta who are stuck in the same cycle: -> Your creative team keeps testing random ideas -> Your winners eventually die and the replacement process is slow -> Nobody can produce volume fast enough to keep up with the algorithm This system turns a week of creative strategy into a single afternoon. I packaged the whole thing into 50 ready-to-use prompts across 5 categories: -> Winning Ad Analysis -> Angle Generation -> Scroll-Stop Hooks -> Creative Brief Builder -> Ad Refresh & Fatigue Prevention Copy, paste, run. Want access for free? > Like this post > Comment "COWORK" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Pulling cable news from a senior living community doesn’t just cut costs, it cuts drama. Fewer outbursts. Happier residents. Sometimes peace starts with the tv contract.

@girdley I watched the 1984 version tonight because of this tweet. As a young kid during the Cold War, the first 10 mins scared me too much to continue. You can now add ‘childhood trauma healer’ to your list of many accomplishments,@girdley Great cast of future stars btw too!

12) Oceans Germany couldn't invade Britain across 15 miles of the English Channel in World War II. The Pacific/Atlantic Oceans are massive >2,000 mile barriers against the USA ever worrying about an invasion. You know Red Dawn where the US is invaded? Super dumb (but sexy).

10) The North Canada has bad geography if it wants to be a rival power. Its cold climate means less productive agriculture. Much of the country was wiped clean of topsoil by glaciers. And few rivers. Due to mountain ranges, provinces trade more with the US than each other.

@joepohlen @TooSoonByLoe @_McKnightsSL Bullet 1 makes so much sense, either for the employee themselves or a loved one in their care — similar to how Universities subsidize education for their employees kids. Tie it to a ‘vesting’ style schedule to increase retention.

Great dinner tonight with @TooSoonByLoe and @_McKnightsSL Couple notes: - operators should provide long term care insurance to term committed employees. It’s total BS someone could work their whole life in our industry only to find themselves unable to afford it when they need it. - Use trama informed care to train the team - NCAL might have interest in learning about the humanitarian parole program for workers from Cuba and Nicaragua 🇳🇮

After building a failed healthcare startup focused on caregivers in 2016-2018 I realized the problem was acute but the timing was wrong -- no rails existed for a viable venture supportable business model. That isn't the case anymore. It's time to build for family caregivers.

Increased recognition of the importance of family caregivers is long overdue. These are great first steps, but more will be needed as demographics shift. Looking forward to seeing innovative solutions step in, and happy to be part of this ecosystem with @watchzinniatv
