@yourAAH after acknowledging the complaint and now £1000 missing order & a promise I would receive a call back yesterday with some info, we got nothing. Can't get thro on phone and webchat says they are too busy. The contact us page we are referred historically ignore all emails.

ordered one product from AAH, @yourAAH raised an invoice, did not have the stock, did not send us the invoice and did not raise a credit. No invoice means we believe we have not been charged. Now we need to rush and make a claim with 48 hours...and the portal was down too
