I NEED YOUR HELP WITH SOMETHING.... We have an employee that we hired 3.5 years ago. She hasn't followed through with anything she said she would. Now, due to somewhat of a default situation, she may be eligible for a promotion in November. During her review she said, if she gets promoted, she will do all the things she promised she would. She seems to have no interest in doing the things she has promised now but appears to be holding out on them in order to get promoted. What would you do? Good advice only, as if everything depends our company survival.

Most politics is theatre. They are human beings like the rest of us. Have said things we didn’t mean, have sinned and have done other wrong things. What makes me mad about politics is the painting of a picture that they are perfect, then lie about how they are perfect, when they should be confessing of what they did wrong and how they changed their behavior. Ok, woman explanation over 😂

@Melo_Malebo Huge pressure relief. Even with my water breaking some relief. Then once my baby girl came out, it felt like a relaxing relief went through your body. Or maybe that was because I was for 26hrs straight and I didn’t have to push anymore.
