Shout out to @dvasishtha for calling this out! We did a lot of research and found that most companies don't offer front-line staff equity. At Pair Team, we know our team is how we make an impact in the community and EVERYONE gets equity.

2. Does the company offer front-line staff equity? If a company doesn't consider their care teams, who deliver their product, owners in the business then they've already created a negative power dynamic of corporate vs. field --> detracts from doing good UX and product work.
