@charlieo_conn @DanMcK81 You obviously don’t ignore it, so I guess it’s just a difference of opinion of the importance of the story. But I think it’s fair for fans to be extremely concerned about it after we just had to give away another young star because of a behind-the-scenes conflict with the team!

@charlieo_conn @DanMcK81 I understand your point, but it’s convenient that y’all decided that Tocchet’s one-sided feud with Michkov wasn’t really a major story anymore after Tocchet’s rant in December. Seems to me that it’s driven by fear of losing access rather than an honest assessment of priorities

@sixhundredlbs Tocchet is absolutely trying to send a clear message to Briere that he’ll have to choose between him and Michkov this summer. I just hope Danny B makes the right call (though I have no faith in the Flyers organization to let him fire Tocchet even if he wanted to)

In 2021 Flyers traded Ghost + 2nd rd pick to AZ for literally nothing
To me, that was them making decision they were prioritizing EVS hockey over the PP
Since then Flyers have had worst 5yr PP stretch in NHL history (not even close)
Might be time to re-examine that philosophy?
