@bingo04911 @mtrainier2020 skill就是markdowm文档，在skills.sh上有的话基本无缝切换。迁移成本不高。claude code之前还被动开源过一波。壁垒可能没有想象中那么大

Claude领先只会加速。
1. 因为 Claude all in 代码生成这个赛道，现在在编码这个领域里面，Claude 还是蛮领先的。甚至Google deepmind内部也在用Claude。
其实其他大公司里面，真正干活，很多还是Claude。
这就形成一个数据飞轮。
最好的一波人用Claude，Claude再训练这波人的数据，提高自己，不断拉开差距。
2. Mythos 这种把low hang的扫代码就能发现的安全漏洞找到了，导致后来的追赶者证明自己变得更难。
3. 大公司对IT架构，AI架构都有先入为主的情况，一旦大量skill，大量针对于特定模型的数字资产建立了，换起来就非常难，阻力非常大。
这也是最近XAI 买cusror的一个逻辑。
但是已经晚了。
因为2B端的需求暴增，但是算力有限，必须要权衡，那么砍掉20美元的用户是最直接的决策。
只要模型领先，以后算力够了，就算再次开放50美元订阅，用户们一样屁颠屁颠过来。

Anthropic 这家公司真的令人迷惑…… 他们内部真的认为 Codex 和 Claude Code 之间有无法填平的鸿沟吗？为什么他们总是肆无忌惮的做这种拱手让出用户的事情啊，感觉一点没把对手的威胁放在眼里。

I’ve changed my identity a couple months ago
From being a developer to being a builder

I start by asking HOW it can be done

OpenAI 疯狂往 Codex 应用添加非 coding 功能的操作实在让人迷惑……Anthropic 的 Claude 应用有聊天、Cowork 和 Code 三个模式，各做各的。但 Codex 应用本应做给 coding 用，现在膨胀为一个通用客户端，能连 Gmail 还能操作电脑，这就十分奇怪了。

@Johnnydazhu @thsottiaux I experienced a similar problem, which I configured the Follow-up behavior option as "Queue", but one day, it always steers directly. Then I tried to toggle the Follow-up behavior option, and it went back to normal.

Codex has a very annoying bug now that your queue question sometimes would just cut in earlier and mess up everything @thsottiaux
Worth a reset?

Copilot 里面的用量真的很夸张，跑了整整一个多小时，才把 30% 跑到 28%…真的非常合适跑需求明确的长任务。如果是 Claude Opus 的话，半小时就能把 5 小时窗口跑没了，不对，也许是 15 分钟😂

最近开始尝试 copilot-cli，我觉得这是最不折腾的、可以替代 claude-code 和 codex 的、适合绝大多数人的 Coding Agent 了。10 美元的订阅费不贵，无门槛使用，也不会封号，用量体感很大（300 Premium Requests），关键是一次订阅，能用所有模型…我觉得新的「量大管饱奖」要颁发给 Copilot。
