BOOM! Fable 5 staying on subs. I called this yesterday Anthropic was going to concede the AI race to OpenAI if they didn’t do this Nobody was going to use Fable 5 on API pricing. Outrageously expensive. So people would be stuck with Opus 4.8. Opus 4.8 vs ChatGPT 5.6 has the largest gap between frontier models these 2 companies have ever had. The race would be over. Everyone would switch to ChatGPT 5.6 over night I 100% guarantee Opus 5 is dropping the moment Fable comes off subs again to close that gap. Opus 5 will be the affordable version of Fable Enjoy the extended super intelligence

@AlexFinn What about oauth for Hermes? I feel open ai will always have the edge as long as oauth is allowed with their subscription.

Fable 5 is a revolutionary model. I just don't understand how it survives. When my usage limit ran out, I spent $500 in credits in 4 hours. The pricing is illogical No average person will pay this price. Enterprises won't either. They are already starting to adopt dirt cheap Chinese models in order to save on costs. GPT 5.6 is not quite as smart as Fable in some ways, but at least it's a part of the subscription and at least is reasonably priced. With API pricing I just don't know who is the persona Fable is right for. That's why I think Opus 5 comes in the next 2 weeks. With 5.6 being so good, Anthropic needs a competitor that matches its intelligence and pricing. A cheaper version of Fable being labeled Opus and priced at Opus levels is the only way they keep up. If they don't do this, I don't understand how OpenAI doesn't win both the consumer and enterprise markets in the next few weeks

I've started trading memecoins almost a year ago. I wanna do a little recap: I lost over $3.5k before I started becoming profitable. For the first 9 months, I wasn't profitable at all. Over the last 3 months, I've managed to make all my losses back and make around 150 SOL. My best month was May, where I was up $6k on the month. I know it took me a long time, and I'm still not where I wanna be yet, but I've improved every day and stuck with it even though I was down that much money. I also know I should've made way more, especially in the last few weeks. I've roundtriped and jeeted over 50 SOL in some plays that would've upgraded my portfolio hella, but it is what it is. Let's make the second half of the year worth it. Six figures is the goal, and a lot of five-figure months from now on. I know I can do it, and I will make it. After my summer break, I'll be more locked in than ever before. It has to work out, and it will. Comparison is the thief of joy That's why I'm still grateful for all of this.
