i disappear for a week, archive my instagram and suddenly half of ecom twitter is having a reunion about me. you guys missed me that bad?
some random old dutch tv episode gets reposted and within minutes the usual anonymous twitter heroes start screaming “DIFAINO EXPOSED”, “SCAMMER”, “WE KNEW IT”
brothers. some of you don’t even speak dutch. you have literally no fucking idea what anyone in the episode is saying. you saw my face, saw the word “exposed”, got excited and started calling me a scammer. no idea what the story is, who says what, what the timeline is or what evidence is actually shown.
fuck it. brown guy from dubai on dutch tv = WE GOT HIM BOYS.
insane research 🤣
the facts:
i did not own that webshop. i did not buy it. i did not sell it. i did not control the bank account. i did not receive a single euro of customer revenue. i did not process those orders. i did not know about the christmas trees or the complaints.
my entire connection to this whole fucking story? the original store owner was an old classmate of mine who i helped with ecommerce.
that’s it. literally.
somehow after a whole chain of people, claims, anonymous sales and a webshop i never owned, my face becomes the face of the story.
cool. cause that gets the clicks.
so since everyone became an investigative journalist today: show me where i owned the webshop. show me the account i controlled. show me the customer money i received. show me one order i processed. show me one customer i scammed.
just one. i’ll wait.
and let’s use our brains for 10 seconds. this was an online store, not a cash business in a cave. there should be a digital and financial trail: domain history, webshop access, payment processors, payouts, bank accounts, transactions.
so show me mine.
show me the domain registered to me. the shop account i controlled. the payment processor connected to me. the payouts that landed with me. one actual connection between me and the money.
a webshop leaves a trail. money leaves a trail. ownership leaves a trail.
my face in a thumbnail is not a trail.
you can’t show it because i wasn’t involved in those transactions.
and here’s my favorite part: the tv program didn’t even give me a real opportunity to tell my side before airing the episode.
no email ever reached me. no dm. no call. no interview request. nothing. nobody asked if i owned the store, controlled the money, knew about the orders or what actually happened.
because if anyone had asked, the answer would’ve been pretty fucking boring:
no.
but “guy helped old classmate with ecommerce and had nothing to do with christmas tree orders” is terrible television.
“DUBAI DROPSHIP GURU EXPOSED”
now we’re cooking 🔥
and then they portrayed me as “hiding” 🤣
i was posting my life every day. public instagram, public youtube, public coaching business, full team, multiple appointment setters in my inbox. bro, i was probably one of the easiest people in ecommerce to find.
insane hiding strategy.
i stayed quiet when it aired because i genuinely couldn’t be bothered. i had businesses to run, people to pay and a life to live.
and now more than a year later, anonymous ecom accounts who don’t even understand the fucking language are reposting it and calling me a scammer.
if you publicly call someone a scammer, maybe…. just maybe…. show who he scammed, what money he took, what account he controlled and where the evidence is.
every time views get dry: difaino.
some of these twitter heroes’ best performing tweets include my name.
there’s a reason i put my real name and face behind everything i do. meanwhile the loudest accusations come from anonymous accounts.
funny how that works.
next time try harder, mr. otterlo.
this time stand behind what you post. don’t delete it, report my reply or block me when the person you’ve talked about for years finally answers.
you wanted my attention. you got it.
now let me enjoy my retired lifestyle in peace. you guys seem to miss me already.

a merchant of ours woke up to $200k in refunds about to be processed back to his customers.
turns out his processor had shut down his account and decided to refund all of his sales.
his banks were open in EST and he was in dubai for a conference.
so everything was closed, preventing him from contacting them to put a block on the withdrawals.
luckily, we had met a lawyer at the same conference the night before. this guy specialized in removing payment holds and had landed in dubai the day before we met him.
> he emailed the processor
> lawyer sent a cease & desist to the processor
> the refunds got stopped before they went out
couple months later, that same lawyer got the full reserve released back too.
if we had never gone to that conference, we would have never met that lawyer, and the whole business could have been wiped out.
Thats when I realized that payments and processing is gatekept in terms of who you know and what relationships you have.

99% of ecom stores are about to get shut down by VISA's new 'VAMP' Fraud AI.
They're using it to detect 4x more "fraud" so they can slap you with fines and shut you down.
Processors are about to go on a banning spree.
I put together a free checklist on how our clients are staying completely invisible to it.
Like + RT & Comment ‘VAMP’ and I’ll DM you the GUIDE for FREE (must be following so we can dm)

I think its about time that I say that 30% of my lifetime ecom profit has been generated by monetizing what‘s happening AFTER the sale And no I don’t mean emails That has literally been my edge all along And none of y’all are thinking outside the box when it comes to backend
