update on saas:
today I’ve deployed it and sent it for testing
not random tester but the actual person from that field who is using other messy software already
I was not building it until @DevTenta said me to go for it so thanks for that
was worried about many things like I’ll probably fail but “I’ll never fail, I’ll only learn”
that’s my mindset
if this not worked then I’ll move to the next but atleast I’ll be proud of myself that I’ve built something & already learned too many things from it.
If you are also building something then just do it.
learn from your mistakes and improve it.
keep shipping

@yusuf_sdev Great key points. I totally agree with everything. I need to watch the full video later.

one of the biggest SaaS growth lessons I’ve learned recently:
growing from $0 to $154k MRR wasn’t about building more features, it was about mastering distribution.
A few takeaways from video:
> Position your product so people can explain it in one sentence.
> Go where your users already are (Reddit, GitHub, niche communities), not just X.
> Help first, promote second. Useful comments often outperform promotional posts.
> Monitor competitor complaints they’re full of high-intent customers looking for alternatives.
> Founder stories build trust better than constant product updates.
> If you’re open source, treat it as a distribution strategy, not just a development model.
A great product is essential, but without distribution, it’s invisible.

Postiz reached $154k MRR! I can't say it was easy. One of the things that made that happen was the distribution (marketing) and positioning. I shared most of the marketing tactics I have used, and I think they can give you some ideas for your startup. I mostly talk tactically, which means I don't say "post five times per day" without telling you what to post, so I think it can enrich your knowledge. I share my steps from: $0 -> $3k MRR $3k -> $12k MRR $12k -> $21k MRR $21k MRR -> $154k MRR

If your life is like this right now then your success is near than you think,
waking up > building > engaging on x > gym > sleeping
don't loose hope, don't feel tired just keep going
"keep building in public"
remember: show off matters in tech/design
stay away from
> negative peoples
> energy drainer peoples
> depressed peoples
work hard & smart
