@Vikasxz007 Obviously, more screens the better, not a big fan of multiple keyboards though

"Look at me - I'm growing. Just be a reply guy. "
So I did.
For a few weeks I was doing 40+ replies/day.
And it worked:
→ more followers
→ more impressions
→ new connections
But then burnout hit. 😵💫
I was basically living on X.
Just replying all day.
So I stepped back.
Started thinking:
how can I do this faster
without spending my whole day here?
Disappeared for a week.
Built a Chrome extension that:
→ suggests replies
→ uses speech-to-text
→ translates from my native language
Now I’m back.
Doing ~80 replies/day
without burnout. Getting my momentum back 💪
Sometimes you need to take one step back
to come back stronger.

@ElitzaVasileva I’m gonna test Creem for my next project 👀 What’s working for you?

Building a tool where you drag and drop your video and get instant subtitles.
Working on the font config and wondering, what fonts should never be missing from a subtitle tool?
Tenta Dev@DevTenta
Needed to add subtitles to a video and the tools out there come with 150 features you'll never use, and you're paying for all of them. So I started building something that just does subtitles, nothing else Been working hard these past few weeks and hopefully the first version goes live this week Honestly this is the first time I truly believe in a product I'm building

I prefer a mix of all three honestly, building an MVP is so fast and cheap now that it's worth doing, while talking to people who might be interested at the same time. dropped a few projects at the third or fourth commit because I asked around and nobody cared haha. also running a landing page to capture emails while you build is something I don't really do but doesn't seem like a bad move

Quick question for indie hackers:
What's your preferred way to validate a product idea before building?
1) Landing page with email capture?
2) Direct outreach to potential customers?
3) Build a MVP and test?
4) Something else?
I'm at that stage with a new idea and want to hear how others approach validation.
Reply with your approach! 👇

@DevTenta I meant, allow me to be the first to offer a font recommendation.😅
But thanks, appreciated.

@BatsouElef Hmm, I deleted a few that had only 1 or 2 commits and were abandoned.
English

@DevTenta Do you ever delete repos? I was actually curious if people delete their repositories if they aren't needed.

Last week nearly destroyed me:
- got banned
- payout paused
- account suspended
- I was ready to walk away
Took a deep breath and got to work:
- grinded hard & held myself together for 3 days
- fixed my account
- started pushing harder than before
- stats started climbing
- momentum is back
Thanks to all for this incredible support 🙏

Did you know that 4 days ago was National Claude Day?
Me and @joncphillips decided to create a page for this!
I'd like to introduce everyone to claudeday.dev, it features:
- Countdown until March 14th
- Lore about Claude
- Claude's favorite things
- What to do on Claude day
- How old Claude is
Check it out here: claudeday.dev
Let me know your thoughts!

(X + Reddit)
Got 3 feedback from free users yesterday. Appreciate it 🙏
Clear now:
It’s not traffic.
It’s the experience.
Been tweaking UI,
but haven’t fixed the core yet.
Focus now:
→ fix experience
→ simplify flow
→ double down on LP feedback loops
Still building.
Let’s go 🚀
