I don't think that moving from team member to management is a promotion. It's different work, but not inherently more valuable. Pay managers and developers the same amount of money, and the people who want to change what they do at work can volunteer for the move if they're interested. It's a lateral move to a different job. In any event, the team can decide who deserves promotion. They know who deserves it much better than any manager ever will.

Un système de point social qui te force a payer principalement par moyen digitalisé.
