@freddyarmz @lolo_ecomz African trick = ED
Scandinavian trick = skincare
Japanese trick = literally any health niche
English

@lolo_ecomz African = physical (cawk)
Japanese = smart
Scandinavian = beautiful
English

I've been seeing tons of brands recently running the "Scandinavian method"
They claim that their offer is a "Norwegian Secret" or a "Swedish Invention"
This is because Scandinavian people are the most beautiful people on earth. Anything you associate with them gets an instant halo effect
You're subconsciously telling people that your product will make them more like sexy people
Good marketers never skip details like this

“i can't launch subscriptions because no processor will approve me.”
onboarded a wellness supplements brand in December that was doing roughly $475K/month in sales on a straight sale model.
> strong product
> strong traffic
> zero subscription revenue
they had tried to get payment processing set up on their own before coming to us…
but they couldn't get it done because US-based processors wouldn't work with them as an international merchant and they were nervous about introducing strong DR based subscriptions on Shopify alone.
we got them processing through our banking relationships where they had failed independently, set up multiple MIDs to spread volume and remove single-processor dependency, and scaled their volume cap from $250K to $2.5M in two months.
on the front end, we built a custom subscription experience for their auto-refill model, split-tested checkout design and refill cadence, and iterated until opt-in rates were maxed across the funnel.
first-attempt approval rate was at 91.6%, rising to 94.2% with orchestration and declines salvage recovering transactions that would have been lost.
in their first full month with us, they hit an all-time high of $900K in straight sales, and they’re now sustaining $600K to $650K a month with infrastructure that actually handles the volume while they keep stacking subscribers on the backend.
in just 3 months they went from $0 in subscription revenue to over $2.3M processed through our platform with 10,477 subscribers collected.
the product was never the problem and the traffic was never the problem. payment processing was the bottleneck blocking everything, and once it was solved, everything else followed.
most international merchants don't realize how much revenue they’re leaving on the table because they can't get processed at subscription volume… and that’s not something you can brute force on your own.

@EricSchechter Do you know anyone that sells a mentorship/community/course for AI video creation?
English

@zarathustra_cpc A mix of different tools: Kling, Veo and others

The biggest affiliates in the world have absolutely dominated using Sales Story VSLs.
For years, pulling this off meant either ripping copyrighted footage or spending high five figures to produce one the right way.
This VSL below was built 100% with AI, in a fraction of the time and cost.
That barrier is gone and there’s literally no excuse left.
Now it comes down to this - Do you actually know the story you need to tell, why it should win, and do you have the discipline to actually execute it?
Most brands and affiliates are about to find out they don’t.... but the ones that do, won’t just dominate their competition, they're going to completely change the trajectory of their business.
English

@Vidalytics @iblamejulius I’ve tested both and prefer vturb
Also the claims about vturb not having features like multiple users, replace video, video thumbnails, url param tracking etc are not true. Vturb offers most of what you said they don’t
English

@d_grimripper @cashinquietly @0xROAS VSL in this context probably refers to longer video creatives, not lp vsls
English

the %1 isn't knowing how ai works.
it's knowing that:
- you can generate ai ugc videos for $1
- you can clone a vsl in 2 minutes
- you can rip top ads and generate 100 angles from it
- you can find untapped pain points
- you can write advertorials in 2 minutes
- and many more...
and the people complaining about ai are the ones you're about to put out of business.
EP@eptwts
you don't need to know 99% of how AI works in order to utilize it to make money... the remaining 1% is incredibly important though

I recently visited one of our supplement supplier factories and it honestly felt like they’ve already figured out the answers to the market.
For years, sellers have struggled with stability in the supplement supply chain—especially when it comes to compliance. But during my visit, I realized staying compliant isn’t that complicated. This factory already has a GMP certificate, FDA approval, and they can help provide the COA. That’s basically everything we need.
They’ve also been innovating around market trends and developing creative, in-demand products:
1. Instead of traditional capsules, new formats are trending—gummies in all kinds of shapes (bears, stars, flowers), chewing gum, chewing candy, and liquid forms.
2. Majority products are still playing with shirajit in different ways.
3.Flavors matter more than ever, and the variety is growing fast.
On top of that, they use tools to monitor best-selling products across platforms, launch new ones every month, and even create their own white-label lines ready for dropshipping.
We’ve put together a full catalog of their supplement products. If you’re interested, just like, repost, and comment “supplement”—I’ll DM it to you.

The whole cparip / russian / ukrainian sauce discussion:
- it's not that deep.
I have an attention span of a goldfish and a severe shiny object syndrome, so yes, I:
- translated Chinese affil vids/forums threads
- translated Brazilian nutra stuff
- translated russian yt strats
- translated cpa.rip case studies
and many many other things
and I am here to tell you... it is not that deep.
They take a traffic source, pair it with a an offer, make ads and test... mind blown right
oH bUT the eastern european secret sauce
there is none
What do you even want to know?
want to run igaming? cool - pick top-ranked online casinos, check if they have affil offer - talk to the aff manager and in 99% cases they will TELL YOU HOW TO DO IT!
oh Roas but my ad acc got blocked... well, get a proxy and buy new ones
revolutionary right?
oh Roas ... but now I need a proxy browser... well google "proxy browser " there are like 3 top ones
oh but I dont know how to use them...
- they all have guiding vids / support
I will give you a recap of 99% of Cpa.rip case sudies:
"Hey bros, it is team ultradog, we will tell you how we made $25,459 in 30 days on TikTok Dating
So for this we took a dating offer that pays $5 per lead, and like got 10 tiktok accounts, then we bought these 5 ads with this model and gave her script that we got from ad spy
and like our accs got suspended, so we needed to buy new ones
the first script did not work, so we like tested 3 more
(they will throw in a screenshot of they revenue dash, spend dash and a screenshot of the model)
and yeah we spent $15k and made $25k
that is it.
or guides on how to get crypto around, how to set up some tech stuff etc.
seems that a lot of people are like "ohhh the forbiden secret knowledge written in the ancient language of our ancestors"
- all the ads that they show are squeezed out
- all the offers / geos that they show are done/finished
- strategy on how to launch 50 tiktok accs on US market when you are in kazakhstan - do you even need it?
There is no magical russian secret, there is no ancient ukrainian key, there is no kazakh mystery box that will suddenly help you make it in affil.
What do you even need to know?

HOW TO RELIABLY SCALE ECOM BRANDS TO $500K/mo+ IN SUBSCRIPTIONS
(using human psychology)
coming from a 22 year old with a $1M/mo brand
here’s the process:
month 1-3: i focused purely on getting customers
typical dtc playbook. acquire, ads + organic, fulfill, move on
month 4: i realized we were filling a leaky bucket
we were acquiring customers for way too much
they'd buy once for $50 and never buy again
month 5: launched subscriptions
20% discount for subscribing
free shipping
cancel anytime
40% of customers converted. now they’re paying us monthly
month 6-12: optimized the experience
- pause instead of cancel
- surprise bonuses for milestones
- sms reminders before charging
and i said fuck it lets do subscriptions only
retention went from 40% to 75%
and from there we just scaled the fuck up
we're traffic farming and outspending everyone on meta
+ quarterly bundle drops for members only
but here’s the psychological shift that matters:
subscribers aren't customers lol
they're MEMBERS OF MY BRAND
customers buy products but members join movements
we stopped selling supplements and started selling consistent health, convenience, and community
when someone subscribes, they're not buying pills.
they're buying into a version of themselves that takes care of their health CONSISTENTLY
the subscription is a reflection of that
the IDENTITY of the buyer is harder to cancel then the product
when you tie a customer identity to the product
you print $30k/day consistently
comment "ECOM" i'll send you a video of me explaining this in more detail
English

@highcontentpost @zhihao2k Maybe this video from @ChadHamzeh can give you some ideas
m.youtube.com/watch?v=lzBg4Z…
English

@zhihao2k Could you give us some insight? You can't just say that and not tell us anything
English

@dasilvashadow Why would affiliates create their own VSLs? Don't most send traffic to vendor's VSLs/sales pages?
