Consistency defines a premium airline experience. @SingaporeAir usually serves hot towels before takeoff, but it was missed today on a calm departure. No refreshing towel with the meal either. Small details matter, and why I think the accolades are sometimes undeserved.

@LiveFromALounge @EvaAirways Yeah lounge is okay but I suppose priority boarding, which is important these days with limited overhead compartment spaces and people carrying more than they should, will be tricky. 🫢

@SingaporeAir says it has sonic branding. But if it’s just boarding music reused across touchpoints, while also playing catalogue tracks (e.gz. instrumental from Wicked), that’s not mastering the ecosystem. Just another area where others do better. #BrandExperience #CX #Marketing

Zero touchpoints with @pa_sg my entire life, then suddenly an interviewer shows up for a survey. No prior notice, came to our door unannounced, banged on it like a loan shark, and even tried to open it. This approach is unacceptable. Please look into your processes and training.

On most 7-hour flights, you get a full meal service and a light snack in economy (sequence depending on timing). On @SingaporeAir, supposedly one of the world’s best, you only get one meal at midpoint. How is this five-star service??? 😂😂😂

How is @flyscoot 2nd on the @skytrax_uk LCC ranking? Poor OTP, unpleasant cabin conditions - vomit smell, hot, suffocating - poor enforcement of carry-on size restrictions, leading to last minute chaos and further delays. I can name at least 3 other LCCs who do it much better.

@flyscoot @SingaporeAir Made a booking on a TR flight via an agent, and inputted my PPS number. The system doesn’t recognise my tier. I’m missing out on the complimentary add-ons (seat selection) and my preferred seat will be gone by the time I’m at the airport. Please advice!

Where have all the swans gone? Growing up, I remember seeing families of them. In recent years, there’s only been one lone swan. And even that one has disappeared. Has the water become too stale, too stagnant? Swan Lake feels quieter and it’s a little heartbreaking.

It's annoying how the TP @SingaporePolice routinely turns a blind eye in certain areas. Why are cars allowed to line Straits View, Marina View, and surrounding streets, blocking rush hour traffic and causing obstruction? #roadsafety #trafficlaws
