@ZARA Desde el día 18 de junio reporte un incidente con mi pedido, vía WhatsApp y ayuda desde la app y hasta la fecha solo me responden que en 24-48 horas me harán llegar el reembolso de mi pedido NO ENTREGADO, en verdad así es la ayuda y solución que ofrecen a sus clientes.

Hola @ZARA !! Estos pantalones tienen una etiqueta en el bolsillo cosida. Para el futuro... Preocuparse que quede entre bolsillo y pantalón o directamente no ponerla, porque es muy incómodo su uso ya que el bolsillo provoca picor por el roce continuo con la pierna. GRACIAS

@ZARA @Zaracustomers After multiple complaints there has been no solution to my order 54359075149. Neither package was delivered to me and nor customer care is able to provide solution. Such a reputed company and these kind of services. Very disspointing.

Kentpark mağazasına sorduğumda sorun yaşar mıyım dediğimde herhangi bir sorun yaşamazsınız dediler? Mağazadan yaptığım iade nasıl depoya gidiyor. Gidiyorsa kaç gün geçti nasıl mail gelmez? İşin kolay yolunu bulmuşsunuz ama çözüm sıfır! @ZARA

My honest review of these 3: *ZARA Olfactive No.01 – Energetically New York *ZARA Olfactive No.04 – Fashionably London *ZARA Fashionably London Elixir Yesterday I posted about Fashionably London and the comments were coming in from everywhere. Different countries, different preferences. I love that. Fashionably London lasted 13 hours on me. I got home and could still smell it. This morning I picked up the shirt I wore yesterday… and yes, it was still there. Softer, but definitely there. That’s a solid 9/10 for me. Today I tried the two that kept popping up in the comments: Elixir and Energetically New York. Honestly? Both feel stronger than the regular Fashionably London. But if I had to choose just one between those two, I’m picking Energetically New York. No hesitation. If I’m layering: • Energetically New York + Fashionably London (not the Elixir) • Elixir + Fashionably London I personally think layering Energetically New York and Elixir together might be a bit too much. Could feel heavy or overwhelming. But maybe that’s just me. Fashionably London is smooth, balanced, effortless. The other two just turn the volume up. Overall, all three are serious performers. I genuinely like them. As for long-lasting power, I can only fully speak on Fashionably London for now… and it showed up.

@ZARA A Zara employee processed my return using a different receipt from my purchase history instead of the receipt I provided, resulting in an incorrect refund. Customer Service acknowledged the mistake but refused to correct it. Very disappointing

@ZARA Plusieurs réclamations, aucune réponse de votre part. Aujourd’hui, le transporteur confirme que mon colis est perdu. Un service client inexistant et totalement incompétent. C’est inadmissible.
