My 50- year old maa is traveling alone from Patna to New Delhi and Indian railways comes with a brilliant idea of handling the crowd, they disable the platform ticket booking. No trains available for booking general tickets as well like Ghaziabad, Tilak Bridge, Delhi etc. These babus need to come to the reality and understand many elderly people travel and they need someone who could pick them from platform 😒.
