@asreese @jayboice @NateSilver538 I mean the total percentage of the rectangle's area that is blue. Let's say that total blue area is 30% of the rectangle's total area. Does that have a statistical meaning? Maybe that the average probability of a victory over time for that team is 30%?

@zass75 @jayboice @NateSilver538 If by “colored area” you mean the blue area + green area it would represent the point in time probability of the match not ending in a draw. You can see the spike in grey in the second half where Ecuador scores a tying goal before Senegal scores their second goal.

@TheAlexValle @Overlord_K @levelupseries 2) A DE tournament with N participants has 2N games played total across all partipants. An 8 round Swiss with N participants will be 8N games played total. Thus there are 4 times the number of total games played.
