Yes the quran’s English translation for Allah is God. Ex, in tashahud, why nt say ‘I bear witness that there is no god but God? You’re forced to say ‘Allah’!

God can become gods (plural), or goddess or be used loosely Allah has no plural and no gender, which strongly emphasizes oneness.Allah is a fixed name
