Romans 10:13 (Quotes Joel 2:32) "For an who call upon he name of Κυρίου (the Lord) will be saved. 10:12 (preceding verse) "For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Κύριος (Lord) is Κύριος (Lord) of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him." 10:11 (preceding verse) "For the Scripture says, "Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.'" 10:10 (preceding verse) "For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved." And finally, Romans 10:9, yet again the preceding verse "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Κύριον (Lord) and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Conclusion: In Hebrew literature and teaching they referred to YHWH as "The Lord" rather than use his name YHWH in vain. So when Paul and the other Apostles call Jesus Κύριε (Lord), they're calling him YHWH. Romans 10:9 in context.
