The biggest knock on USA teams is that they dont take this as seriously as the other countries. USA can still win and are still. The favorites and have ALOT of talent. But would yall see this on team Japan?

With that being the case, another shooter could've at least given them a better chance to offset the defensive issues.
Without that, you just have poor defense and only KD that give you a perimeter bucket-getter.

Reed Sheppard would've given the Rockets another shooting option to close the game (though defense might've taken a slight dip)
The Rockets blow leads like tonight because, like in so many other situations, they lack reliable shooting from guys like DFS and Amen in the clutch.

You can't say this and then play him 31 minutes through three quarters 3 hours later. Have a plan and stick with it. It's February

It feels like there is misalignment between Rafael Stone and Ime Udoka when it comes to Reed Sheppard. Ime Udoka continues to play defense-first lineups down the stretch and prematurely benches Reed Sheppard, destroying the offense. Tonight DFS got those minutes and was awful.
