Small amounts of clinical time that can be saved add up. Our colleagues in #Sidcup Medical Centre @NHSBexleyCCG estimate they've saved 10 hours of clinical time per week thanks to eConsult. So we can see the patients that need us the most in person, but still help all patients.

The reception team often don't have time to take detailed histories in person or over the phone. With only 10 minutes to see each patient having a detailed history before can transform the care given to each patient. #eConsult #patientfeedback @BasildonCouncil
