The gaslighting starts early. I see this kind of thing over and over again on social media. Two dads laughing at the fact that “somehow” their baby keeps asking for mama even though they don’t have one, and they’re always told “no.”
Babies instinctively want and need their moms. It’s beyond cruel - more cruelty than we allow for animals - that we purposely take them away from their mothers as infants in order to satisfy the desires of adult men.

These men laugh as the baby cries and says “ma ma ma.” They think it’s funny because “there is no mama.” This baby was designed to never have a mother so that two men could satisfy their selfish desires. It’s impossible for a normal person to watch this without instinctual disgust.

Most (not all) of the teams in question have a private room or 2 where the teams can go have a private convo so no issue there.

The argument you're making is to risk competitive edge for the sake of better content, I can agree that online matches can get stale for the avg viewer but format change is required to fix it. Shouldn't be on teams to do things others aren't in order to cater for fans. Its a league not a circus

Good conversation on Finals format - this is essentially showing the impact of the bracket reset. While we all agree the Winner’s Bracket team deserves an advantage, our position has been that having two lives in the Finals is too big of an edge and this data seems to reinforce that. WB teams winning 80% of the time entering the Finals can dampen the excitement: 1) The outcome seems predetermined and 2) during the match it's not as intense since it's not do-or-die for the WB team during a large portion of the match.
Now should there be a bigger advantage for WB? Potentially (e.g., 1 map win). But we don’t think a bracket reset is the answer. Winning 4x as much (vs the 2nd best team no less) seems imbalanced and I’d argue that the now 60/40 split between winner of WB and LB is much healthier

Yeah nevermind the fact he’s been in 4 grand finals at champs winning 2 of them (about 2 more rings than 99% of challengers players have), is a Champs MVP, and a ROTY… I guess having a fantastic resume is just “good PR”. I get he’s struggled as of late, but he has earned the opportunity to be given another chance. He’s a proven winner and other pros have a high respect for him and what he can bring to a team

Toronto going from not starting Mercules when he “solved all their gameplay issues” to ➡️ picking a player up out of pettiness when the roster construction didn’t make sense + retaining Insight and not making a change in the off season to ➡️ now potentially picking up Kenny would be a legendary MJ 96-98 run of bad decisions. With that being said, this should be a notice to every AR in challengers trying to get in/back in the league — Start streaming everything, build your PR, play the game the right way — Because none of you are getting any looks while a player averaging a .6 for the past 365 days is getting multiple chances on multiple top teams. Just some food for thought.
