i made a 3-day Claude Cowork for Beginners course, and it's yours for free by the end, you'll have a personalized AI teammate on your computer that: • knows your style • connects to your tools • and produces finished work you can send immediately here's what you get: day 1: install cowork, set global instructions, and run your first real task (15 min) day 2: workflows that replaced hours of my week, including building landing pages from a description and running full competitive analyses in one prompt day 3: skills, plugins, and connectors so cowork actually knows how you work and can access your tools + copy-paste prompts so you can follow along as you read like + comment "COWORK" and i'll DM it to you

I swapped ChatGPT for Claude about a month ago on my iPhone main screen to use it more and just switched back to ChatGPT. I constantly have to correct with Claude because it makes mistakes or is just overall slow and not good enough. Just my experience, I don’t use it in the way as most people do perhaps, but for the day-to-day, it’s been pretty shit.

Are there actual security risks running OpenClaw on a VPS? For beginners, better to use something like MyClaw?

Lactoferrin stimulates your endogenous GLP-1. It dropped my fasting glucose from 90 to 70 within 2 weeks when taken on empty stomach in the morning. This can be great for some but need to be cautious if you’re already insulin sensitive.

@Elijahkrings @DennyCr35073144 I used to have a whey protein concentrate that had 20mg lactoferrin in a scoop. Overall I do think getting a natural amount through milk shoulf be sufficient, but for some a higher conentrated dose in a capsule can have some great benefits as proven in multiple studies

@DennyCr35073144 @zidegeist Some at least but not in sufficient dosages Whey protein (but not isolate) has good amounts though I cannot recall the exact numbers but it’s a good boost for sure

@zidegeist That’s interesting. I have been having strong reactions to even small amounts. 25mg makes me feel so bad the next day( I have been taking it in the afternoon)

Hey Andra, I‘ve been taking 300mg capsules from Lactoferrin Co, every morning on fasted stomach for about 15 days now. I’m starting to get a bit concerned about my low sugar levels though and I can feel the low liver glucose output. I‘m using a CGM to measure everything. I will try to adjust with either lower doses or not taking it on empty stomach. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks

Dr. Andrew Huberman dropped a simple, science-backed protocol that’s melting fat faster than most people think possible: Eat only meat, fish, eggs, fruit, and vegetables. Nothing else. No bread, pasta, rice, tortillas, or processed foods. Drink water, coffee, or tea — skip alcohol and milk. Why it works so fast? When you remove the hyper-palatable combo of refined carbs + industrial fats, insulin stays low, catecholamines (adrenaline/norepinephrine) rise, and lipolysis (fat burning) gets unleashed. People who’ve lived on processed foods for years often drop serious body fat in weeks because their body finally shifts into genuine fat-oxidation mode. Pure physiology, no gimmicks. Watch Huberman explain the mechanism in 30 seconds ↓ Your future self might thank you. What’s one processed food you’d ditch first?
