@samdavidoff @ShopifyEng The new #Shopify customer accounts are terrible. It's a catastrophe that they're forcing this abomination on all merchants. This is why tons of us were still using legacy accounts which they're depreciating having made no usability improvements to the new accounts in ages :/

The new Shopify customer accounts are way easier to setup than the legacy ones, but we NEED more extension targets to truly customize the UI on a per store basis. Please @ShopifyEng gods 🙏

As an ecommerce agency, we love @Shopify but honestly @tobi @harleyf there's a deafening silence right now with no one from leadership publicly addressing or even acknowledging the MAJOR Shopify outage this morning on Cyber Monday, the biggest day in eCommerce. Please go ahead and issue some sort of statement/apology to the millions of merchants on the most stressful day of the year that was made that much more stressful by them not being able to access the admin or POS for hours this morning. Please. 🙏
