Jeden z problémů ČSFD je vyhledávač. Absolutně neexistuje tolerance k nepřesnostem, natož akceptování příbuznosti a spojení slovních tvarů. Naopak přesným názvem vyhledáte rovnou profil filmu. Třeba film Rocketman mi to nenajde, protože jsem zadal Rocket Man. Trochu absurdné...

@jpsherman @simoncox Agree. However No clicks doesn't have to be always bad. It depends on the search results page structure. Sometimes its not necessary to go on product detail to fulfil users need, so I would not generalize it definitely. #ecomchat

@simoncox yes! I look at search terms w/ no clicks search terms w/ no results no clicks is a signal for poor result quality, no results is (as you mentioned) a content gap where there's an expressed user intent #ecomchat

@stukerr Fixing zero results is really important. @LuigisBox provides advanced search analytics and fixes even without implementing their Search solution, which is a great advantage compared to other search solutions

A2) Should be reporting on searches with zero results and working out why that is the case (and fixing it!) #ecomchat

@ecomchat A2: Common mistakes are: 1. Not using proper tools for advanced search analytics 2. Not using search a/b testing 3. Lack of advanced query preprocessing (NLP/ML) #ecomchat
