From 222 to 186lbs. I fit in ALL of my medium sized shirts again. Arms fill the sleeves out nicely and I don't look like a can of busted biscuits. People can hate on peptides all they want but I've seen first hand the effects they can have. THEY AREN'T A MIRACLE DRUG THAT DOES THE WORK FOR YOU. They simply accelerate the results in hyper speed. If you're baseline sucks, so will your results. It feels SO GOOD to FEEL GOOD!

@WrestlingJunki6 @TheCoachSentes It's the only time because it's the only time it is only between 2 wrestlers in a best of 3 to ensure we have the best guy representing our country. Completely different if it's world team trials. The 2 are not the same at all.

@TheCoachSentes I get wanting to put our best team out there. It’s just odd to me that Final X is the only time in our sport that we make an exception for an injured athlete. I don’t believe they even do it for U17/U20 world team spots.

Not for a world team. We want the best guy. I think for a wrestle-off, a delay for an injury to heal is reasonable if the recovery has them back in time for the world team competition season.
Wrestling Junkie@WrestlingJunki6

I maintain the opinion that delayed wrestle-offs are BS. If someone is injured for the NCAAs or WTT, there’s no delay. You either show up and wrestle or you don’t. Being healthy matters and timing is important. Why do we continue to make exceptions for Final X?

@TedPillows Dude he’s been trying to stop this war but kind of had to start it since Iran was close to a nuclear weapon. People are so unbelievably against him it’s insane. Yeah he’s an idiot when he talks but he clearly knows strategy.

🇺🇸🇮🇱🇮🇷🇱🇧 Trump says Israel’s strike on Beirut should not have happened and urges all sides to stand down. For the first time, I believe Trump is genuinely trying to stop this war. Netanyahu appears to be sabotaging any chance of de-escalation. If the Strait of Hormuz remains closed for another 30–60 days, the world could face a very serious crisis.

@CoachWheel @JeremyFrisch You may not be wrong but in wrestling if you want to be the best you have to be at the least exposed to it year round. I also played travel ball all the time as well on top of wrestling so I get it.

@zjheeter145 @JeremyFrisch Early specialization meaning 9+ months per year in organized (adult led) sport. I know ZERO about wrestling. But every sport thinks their sport is unique. Not saying it isn’t because most won’t dare to try it, but I dare to say no kid should do just one sport from 7-10.

@hackapreneur Hey ding dong. Don't you think he knows that? Maybe he already is in the process of doing it or it is strategically set up already. Or maybe we can barge in and do whatever the heck we want w/o surprise cause we have the firepower and tech to do as we please anyways.

Training yields different types of stimulus. Different types come with different costs I often say that Low Rep Hypertrophy Sets yield less fatigue. So in this video I break down why In the case of muscle damage vs neural fatigue, you are able to recover faster from neural fatigue than you are from muscle damage Let me know what you think in the comments

@ZssBecker It's weird how obsessed you are with other peoples post about having kids that has absolutely nothing to do with you. Odd behavior. I have 2 kids and one on the way. I wake up at 4:30am cause I have to in order to workout. Some nights only get 5 hours of sleep. Called fatherhood.

@StrengthDebates better for the higher reps instead of the lower reps? Nobody knows either way so that isn't much of a point to make. With that said I also don't disagree with the other 90% of the stuff you are saying. Currently doing 5x2-3 on pullups and other compounds and loving it.

@StrengthDebates I've been doing the low reps for the last month now and am enjoying it but with that said I still see a lot of holes in your argument. 12 weeks in a study is fair if it's 12 weeks for both styles. I don't see the point in bringing up 52 weeks. How's to say 52 weeks might be

@ZssBecker @UziCryptoo Perspective. That's why. It's not a stab towards anyone. It's literally the coolest thing about my life. I get to raise my kids and steer them in a direction that hopefully leads them to be way better at life than I was. It's such a fulfilling thing to do. Nothing compares.

Friend of mine is 35 years old, married and doesn’t want kids. His household income is roughly $300k/yearly and his house is nearly paid off. They invest a good portion of their income for retirement, take multiple yearly vacations and live a nice life. I think people like this are going to regret not having kids in their future. One day when he’s old all he will have to look back on is the random stuff he bought and wasted money on. Instead of putting that money towards having kids and building a family he’s choosing consumerism. This just seems so wasteful and boring to me.

**This is an energy alt coin. Not sharing which one.** I'm not here saying that holding alts the last year was smart. What I AM saying: there are tons of insanely good energy, privacy, robotics, and AI alt coins sitting at way oversold market caps. There are also tons of incredible NEW projects at $2–5 million market caps. Am I saying these go back to ATH? No. Get past looking backward for a moment. What I'm saying is that even in this dog shat market, the good projects that have been building are busting out 2–3x from their lows. The second the market returns, these are going 3–5x to $15–20 million market caps. Still tiny market caps, but 3–5x all the same. These will be easy 4–5x from the lows. No, I'm not saying they moon back to $200–300 million ATHs. I AM saying that if you can get past the shat show of the last year, these are probably the easiest 4–5x prices you will ever see. Most people can't stop looking at the last 2 years and it's blinding them from the fact that the coins are at un-reasonably low prices for the first time in 4 years. The worst sentiment for alts. Ever. So many projects have been building the last few years. Will they make a comeback to ATHs? I hope so, but that's uncertain. Will they return to reasonable, not-hell-on-earth market caps when the market comes back? In my opinion, that's pretty certain. It doesn't feel like it, but compared to 2024, low cap alts are sitting at market caps that are 10x more likely to give you a return. Energy, privacy, AI, robotics. I also think gaming coins bounce hard too. I'm not giving you the coins because they are EVERYWHERE right now. If you have no idea where to look, you probably shouldn't buy these, because you have no fooking clue what you're doing. But if you have been around the block for a while, I'm telling you: it's time to pay attention. I'll likely be talking about this in a video this weekend. I will not be sharing coins. Just where to look.

5 minutes before Trump’s announcement: * $1.5B notional worth of S&P500 (ES) futures are bought in a single clip. * $192M notional of oil futures (CL) sold. More than 4x-6x any other trade size during the market close. Insiders profited from his lies in broad daylight!

People are now comparing the current fractal with the FTX bottom. But there's one problem with that. During the 2022 bottom, Bitcoin swept the lows, which didn't happen this time. Even if you look at local bottoms like April 2025 and August 2024, $BTC swept the lows before hitting new highs. This means a new bottom will happen again.

@drgurner Oh I completely understand. It still doesn't compare to the rigorous demand of a 20+ year wrestling career at the highest world and Olympic level though. I don't really look at it as much of a sport either. Most of these guys aren't athletic and can't catch there breath.
