6-) Uçak için ertesi gün saat 07:00 de sözleşilmiş. Ertesi gün saat 07:00 hava alanında olan kalabalık ancak öğleden sonra 12:30 gibi uçmayı başarmış. Uçak 5 saatlik bir yolculuktan sonra New-York’a vasıl olmuş. Teşekkürler milli gururumuz Türk Hava Yolları…

1-) THY ile üç gün süren New York Macerası. (Ayşegül İzlanda'da) @TK_TR @TurkishAirlines @TK_HelpDesk @BilalEksiTHY Kızımı 28 Eylül günü stajı için New York’a göndermek üzere havaalanından Türk Hava yollarına teslim etmiştik. Ama kontuardaki abi “uçak overbook” diyerek ilk müjdeyi vermişti zaten. Yani fazla bilet satılmıştı ve uçamama ihtimali oluşmuştu. En kısa zamanda işine başlamak zorunda olan kızım yaklaşık 25-30 Türk ile beraber uçağın kapısında beklerken Özbek, Arap, Çinli , Rus kim varsa önce uçağa onlar yerleştirilmişler.

@GaniMujde Ben de ayni ucaktaydim (malesef). Sabah 7 icin sozlesilmedi, saat 4:40da kalkacak sizi de gece 12de alacagiz dediler. Sonra check in 2:10 denmisken, check in 3:45de basladi. Millet saatlerce ayakta bekledi, bu arada thy’den iletisim sifira yakin.

@TK_HelpDesk Anlayis hissetmiyorum acikcasi saatlerdir valiz bekliyoruz ve valizim simdi kayip. Nereye gittigimiz belli degil. Iletisim cok kisitli.

@JetBlue hi I’m on 1692, it keeps getting delayed. Can we get more accurate information??? It takes us 5 hours to get to the airport. Getting concerned!

@JetBlue hi we really need accurate information ASAP. Now our flight is delayed till 11:30, we need to figure out accommodation and have to catch another flight from New York. The wait time on the phone is ridiculous, please write back!
