@pangas_vgc @Timcast You don't seem to understand how state laws work. He gives you West Virginia code 61-10-4, and you're still demanding a name to a law. Whether Tim is right or wrong here is one issue, but you don't even have a basic understanding of any of this.

@Timcast Ok, so when, in any of the TCGs you listed, does betting happen? Also, this isn't telling me what law this is, it's a screenshot with no additional information. Post the NAME of the LAW and where it APPLIES so I can look it up and prove you wrong.

@stevemur @Kate_Kelly_Esq Dude. You should read the Constitution. There's no deadline for ratification of amendments. You should look up how long it took for the 27th amendment to be ratified. Like seriously. Comparatively the ERA set a damn land speed record.

The question was above that and was asking about his statement of hatred and violence on “both sides”. You seem to want the sides to be white nationalist and everyone else. Those aren’t the sides he’s referring to.

In your mind, if the klan shows up to a pro/anti restaurant rally, are the two groups somehow shifted to klan and non-klan? Or does one group just have klan members among it?

In next breath after saying there were very fine people, he said there were people there just to protest the removal of the statue. Do you not even know what was said?

Are you suggesting that everyone who was against removing the statue, for whatever reason, believes in the inherent genetic superiority of whites?

That bad elements may have been present on both sides doesn't mean that you can reduce everything to that.
