@sophiegrenham I've heard of people (good pals) booking colonoscopies at the same time and keeping each other company during the prep period. Maybe that's it? It's an isolating few days, for sure. I had a party equivalent when it was done and I could eat normally again!

Do people really have colonoscopy parties, or are they just for rich American people on the television? And do they have them before the test or after? I would have thought after, but it's hard to tell.

February 14 was my mother's birthday. When I was younger, I bought some heart-shaped pans at the dime store, and every year, I baked my mother a heart-shaped cake. I still keep that tradition alive today to remember her. Happy Valentine’s Day to you and everyone you love.

Who here has seen this movie? We watched it for the first time last night, prompted by a lovely podcast interview I heard with Kevin Kline, and I absolutely adored it. There have been many president movies, but this is something rather different and clever.
