@Chuffin_ell @yorkbarbican Exactly!! Well said. I don’t need a card to “prove” my youngest is disabled - one look at her wheelchair should be enough. I KNOW before anyone replies not all disabilities are visible as she has more hidden than visible. She is being disabled by society not her conditions.

Your ticketing system requires a Nimbus Access Card ID to view or select accessible seats @yorkbarbican Nimbus is not a legal requirement, this setup excludes disabled people who do not hold the card. Please advise how accessible seating can be booked without this barrier

@Bbmorg I would love to have fostered. Sadly told we couldn’t as we didn’t have a spare bedroom!!! 🤦‍♀️ did the same training instead to give short breaks to disabled children but stopped as fell pregnant with my own complex disabled child so think of it as my apprenticeship.

Our little foster lady arrived with only the clothes she stood in - this is what she travels with now.

To those who think they’re insulting me by saying that I’ve cleaned NHS toilets for 45 years: it’s NOT an insult. The cleaners, porters, laundry, catering and other ancillary staff do a great job and are vital members of the team. Respect to them all. Think of a better insult.
