@HUFT_India Why promise delivery and can’t fulfil? Placed order Sunday, Feb 22, delivery was promised Monday, Feb 23 but never came. Your app says can’t cancel the order, why? Holding customer to ransom? Very unethical. Even called customer care and Radica keeps making excuses.

@RajanChourasia9 @nykaafashion Same here! Ordered shoes to wear to a festive party on Tuesday. It’s almost Thursday and still not delivered. Now they’ve posted delivery on Oct 5th! Wth Nykaa??. Amazon delivers next day. Your brand is the worst and now I realise why.

@AmexIndia Tried cancelling and rebooking a ticket a few minutes ago and your executive #Dimanshu did not explain the intricacies of cancellation. After cancelling the flight he told me that I’ve lost 45,000 points and he did not know why. Neither does his supervisor.
