@HUFT_India your customer care and logistics team needs to pull up its socks. It’s the second time that you have shipped my online order to a wrong pincode. This, after an assurance last time that the issues has been cleared. Additionally, the customer care refused to even acknowledge the issue. I have already ordered a replacement from @Supertails_IND and I am not coming back to you. You can keep the order. By the way, your app experience is also subpar (my online orders don’t show up)!!

@huftindia bought a dash dog neon harness for 1600 whose buckle broke in two weeks. Huft galleria store refused to repair or exchange - the buckle quality is so cheap . If you re building such a huge brand - look into the quality
