Tip for Fellow Founders - Know Your Limits As Asia-based co-founders (GMT+8), my co-founders and I have been taking calls around the clock. With a hustler mentality, we always agreed to the first available slot from the counterparty, regardless of the time. Learning this the hard way, we’ve realized there are hours in a day when we simply can’t process thoughts or articulate sentences well. It's better to postpone the call to find a time that works for all parties, rather than jumping on the first available time and delivering a subpar performance. This isn’t considerate to your counterparty on the call. Starting today, we are segmenting call types and will only take certain calls at brain-fully-functioning hours.
