@CapitalOneCA it’s been over a month I submitted my claim for flight delay and I haven’t heard back. I expected a lot better service from you.

@united never fails to surprise me, when you think their customer service can’t be any worse, they prove me wrong. @united not only screwed my flight, delayed my baggage by days, not it’s been over a month and my claim is still in review.. bravo! @united

This is the second time it has happened @SportChek, the complete category of badminton racquet is missing. I am not sure if is intentional or a miss, but for sure frustrating .... work on it

I want to switch @nettalk - suggestions on any other providers than @nettalk?
