I’m spinning out of 50T Funds to start a new company with my co-founder @Jack_Krevitt1. Before this, we built Zenrock. It got hacked in March '26 and we shut it down subsequently. We built it to bring Bitcoin onchain as yield-bearing collateral, ship a privacy protocol on Solana, and lay rails for real assets to settle in DeFi. Unfortunately, the chapter closed earlier than I wanted. I’ve been in crypto since 2019. Long enough to see how far off we were in the early years, and how long it’s taken to get to something that actually works. What we talked about back then is finally starting to happen. Real assets can move onchain. Not in pilots or test environments, but in size. Crypto has matured, and the opportunity set looks very different now. At this point, it’s clear that ALL assets will end up onchain in some form. The infrastructure is here. The legal side is no longer the blocker people thought it would be. The gap now is much simpler and much harder at the same time... Someone has to do the work of actually moving assets over. Tokenized assets have gone from roughly $5B to north of $30B in under 2 years. At the same time, the AI infrastructure buildout is scaling into what is likely the largest capex cycle most of us will ever see, funded largely through debt. However, most of that debt never touches the onchain economy. On one side, you have demand for yield, global distribution, and capital that can move seamlessly. On the other is a massive need for structured financing tied to real assets like compute, data centers, and GPUs. That gap is where the macro opportunity is. @juniperlanehq is built around that idea.
