I’ll admit to being fairly surprised at how much the average person likes rabbits. I thought they’d be quite far down the list of animal buddies.

@latsot @KarenLFields This is true. I got two cats at the same time, and Bug was named as soon as I saw his picture. Other kitten took longer and was eventually named Wart (from Disney's The Sword in the Stone, ). It suits him but I do have to explain it a lot! 😂

@KarenLFields Aw. Pet names have to mean something. My current cat, snoring next to me right now, is called Fortran. I was a computer scientist, it's a computer science thing. The name has to feel right and you know it when you hit on the right one.

If all goes well with the adoption process, we'll be getting this kitten. He's going to need a name. Go.

I have been moving, and I found my old Far Side books underneath the bed. If you are my age or thereabouts, nearly 25% are instantly memorable, nay legendary. It's the greatest single-panel strip of all time. But I think this might be the best of all, and if I'm wrong prove it.

@HazelAppleyard_ I asked Alexa to set a timer for 3/4 of an hour the other day to remind me to empty the washing machine, and she set an alarm for 9.56 on March 23rd. Alexa knows how washing machine timers work 😂

Left my clean towel on the floor beside the shower. Wrapped it around myself. Felt something tickle. Open towel up, find loonie-sized wolf spider on my chest. I wouldn’t say I’m afraid of spiders, but I almost gagged. Hahahahahahha.

I've said hello to Eddie - one of the maintenance guys where I work - for about the last 25 years. I often chuckle at the fact that he calls me Kim, and it's way too late to correct him. Today we were both next to each other getting coffee, and I found out that his name is Roger.
