@MartinKaring @AskAtlassian That was it, most likely. Some Atlassian assets were served with 403 status code. Ctrl+F5 didn't help, but clearing cookies, local storage and nuking browser cache did.

@AskAtlassian @zsiciarz Had the same issue. One hard reload of the browser and the issue disappeared. Maybe some old data in the cache?
