Freddie Mercury’s alleged 'secret daughter' has passed away at the age of 48, her widower has announced. The woman - known only as B - was born in 1976 after the Queen star supposedly had a relationship with one of his close friend's wives. She previously claimed that she shared a 'very close and loving' connection with her alleged famous father, who she said was 'devoted' to her from the moment she entered the world. On Thursday (15 January), B's husband Thomas told the Daily Mail that she has passed away 'peacefully after a long battle with chordoma, a rare spinal cancer'. She leaves behind two sons, aged nine and seven. Paying tribute to his late wife, Thomas said: "B is now with her beloved and loving father in the world of thoughts. Her ashes were scattered to the wind over the Alps." Reports claim that only a handful of people in Mercury's inner circle were aware of her existence, despite him apparently visiting her regularly. He is said to have maintained a close relationship with B until his death in 1991. B - who the singer reportedly affectionately referred to as 'Bibi' - is said to have provided inspiration for several songs written by her alleged father. #FreddieMercury #Queen
