Op haar LinkedIn zet complotdenkster @fleurspolitiek een heel verhaal neer dat ze twee van de drie procedures in kort geding heeft gewonnen.
Dat is wel een heel brisante leugen.
De rechter kwam tot het oordeel dat Van der Pols zich schuldig heeft gemaakt aan smaad en bedreiging.
Ze kreeg dwangsommen opgelegd tot 25k, moest rectificeren, allerlei uitingen weghalen, kreeg een spreekverbod en een gebiedsverbod en de voorzieningenrechter stelde dat de uitingen van Van der Pols niets te maken hadden met journalistiek.
Bovendien stelde de rechter dat ze mij met haar kwalijke leugens op sociale media fysiek in gevaar heeft gebracht.
Ze werd tevens veroordeeld tot het betalen van een deel van de proceskosten, terwijl ze eerder al bijna 1000 euro aan griffiekosten moest aftikken.
Ik weet niet welke pillen Van der Pols allemaal slikt, maar dit is alsof je met 20-1 verliest en vervolgens trots rondtoetert dat je een doelpunt hebt gemaakt.
Onverbeterlijke leugenaar.
