These comparisons are kind of dumb and not realistic. $0.002 / kWh?? And full tank on the GMC goes a lot further... Cybertruck is still the better vehicle, but these comparisons aren't helpful.

Four of us were having a discussion. 2 believe the original Moon landing didn’t happen. Me and another person said it did. Then they started questioning “if we did, why haven’t we been back since?” My fellow believer started to waver. 🤣 Also, one person thought the originally “faked” Moon landing happened in the 1990s. Oh bless your heart….

Rented the non Tesla EV in Houston. All they had left. Dash showed 210 miles at 91% charge. Went 160 miles and was down to 21% so stopped to charge. 20 mins got me back to 50% on a Buc’ees high power charger for $9.92. Not bad. 50 miles later back to 15% charge. Hotel charger didn’t work so limped into airport the next day at 8% left on battery. I ran with traffic and kept AC off to save the battery even tho it was hot. I was fine as I’ve owned and driven many EVs but newbies may have been in trouble. That’s not normal battery performance. When I dropped car off I suggested they remove the car from service but not sure if that mattered.

@elonmusk @wholemars @WR4NYGov So in the video Fox posted yesterday (watermarked by the law firm) the crash happened at ~4 seconds. So basically the entire video FSD was disabled and they were the ones crashing.

The media is running a story today about how a Cybertruck “allegedly” crashed on a Texas highway. Spoiler alert, the crash happened while the human driver was in control. The law firm, which is seeking $1 million, says that last summer Justine Saint Amour was driving her Cybertruck with Autopilot engaged. There’s just one problem — Autopilot is a legacy lane keeping system that never shipped on Cybertruck. The driver then admits that before the crash they disengaged the system and started driving manually. Indeed, the video shows the truck starting to turn before the driver disengaged and drove into the wall. Tesla hasn’t officially responded to the lawsuit yet, but available telemetry indicates the driver probably wasn’t paying attention, got startled, and crashed. There doesn’t seem to be any attempt to steer back towards the on-ramp in the video, rather you see the trajectory change from turning with the ramp to driving straight into it. When you crash your car, people tend to put blame on anyone but themselves. A high profile company like Tesla, with a CEO who is the wealthiest man on Earth? Yeah, they kinds of BS lawsuits happen often. Let’s wait for more data and discovery to take place, but based on the evidence i’m seeing so far that doesn’t look like something FSD — even an older V13 — would do.

Tesla FSD Mad Max mode is too aggressive. Almost got pulled over going over 20 mph above the speed limit on FSD. Had to disengage to slow down quickly. This needs to be addressed. $tsla
