I don’t know about China, but India has everything it needs to become a powerhouse football nation—strong in sports development, player skill, fan market, infrastructure, and global appeal. India is the perfect case study in epic mismanagement across nearly every sector, and football is just one glaring example. If the country ever builds a proper, well-run system, it will become a permanent fixture at the World Cup. In the Asian Games, India performs better than most other Asian countries in athletics stream. TRUE A lot of things felt exactly the same (or worse). • Mumbai Airport is barely 8 years old but already looks rundown. Even basic stuff like meeting people — instant questions about your job, money, clothes, tattoos. Feels invasive.
