@CallissClan Oh Jo - that’s terrible news. It sounds like palliative care is the best option. Look after yourselves and big hugs to Abla.

…2/2 aren’t really suitable for her nor would they buy us much time. We have decided to provide palliative care & do everything we can to keep her comfortable. I am crying while I write this so may not be able to respond to replies.

GET THE TISSUES READY: It absolutely breaks my heart to share Abla’s diagnosis of osteosarcoma. We were initially hopeful it was arthritis, which could’ve been managed. The prognosis for osteosarcoma is very poor & treatment options (being amputation & chemo) …1/2

Morning Fam, I’m so grateful having Jan in my life. Being a Carer to a spouse takes courage, selflessness and a whole lot of love. It’s a challenge that dwarfs mine. Hi fam It’s Jan, Phil’s not too good at the moment. He’s slowed right down physically, mentally and he’s sleeping a lot. Thanks, as always, for your loving support. You & Margot are the reason Phil is able to continue living a relatively normal life, for this I thank you all x
