@NephroP @khaycock2 @ArgaizR @MDBeni Thank you. I’m curious if you scanned the L IJV as well, but I suspect it would have been the same. I tend to trust JVP over IVC in most situations for CVP estimation, but agree that this degree of CVP elevation looks out of proportion to the congestion

Not an ESRD patient, no known history of repeated central venous catheter placements in the past.
