Worst experience at Delhi Cantt Railway Station today. No traffic rules—cars, autos, and e-rickshaws driving in the wrong direction on one-way roads. Total chaos. No civic sense, no proper parking. If this is the state of the capital, what can we expect elsewhere? #DelhiCantt

@makemytrip, I'm really disappointed with my recent experience. My last bus journey was cancelled, and when I applied for a refund, you guys cancelled my refund request, claiming there was no bus cancellation. But the bus operator personally informed me the same. #PoorService
