@RadissonHotels - if you went to a restaurant and had the send the meal back 4 times - would you expect to pay full price ? Thought not… yet you provide substandard rooms & steal my money! 4 room changes, a smashed window, broken lights, oh and a large flood !!!

@wizzair do you intend to release a statement regarding the Earthquake? You haven’t even acknowledged it and other airlines are putting larger planes on to bring people home early - I’d love this option but seems your not even aware it’s happened…. @BBCWorld
