@bookingcom why has it taken over 30 days for you to refund me…. You said it would take 15-30 days, and now no-one will reply to me!

@RadissonHotels - if you went to a restaurant and had the send the meal back 4 times - would you expect to pay full price ? Thought not… yet you provide substandard rooms & steal my money! 4 room changes, a smashed window, broken lights, oh and a large flood !!!

@Radisson you really are a joke! 6 weeks after I first complained and you still won’t give me a final decision on my compliant …. 4 promises this week would be the last & a promise of a refund and nothing!

@wizzair do you intend to release a statement regarding the Earthquake? You haven’t even acknowledged it and other airlines are putting larger planes on to bring people home early - I’d love this option but seems your not even aware it’s happened…. @BBCWorld

@C35bowen Hi Claire, If it does not state it in the description, then that would indicate it's only showerproof and suitable for light weather conditions.
