@Keetaglobal_ksa order delivered after 2.3 hours cold, they tried to reheat it but burned partially. They assigned 2 orders to the rider while i paid for the delivery. Omnia from the hotline humiliated me with 5aed compensation while i insisted many times not to do and refused

@adelpierro @VirginMobileUAE I opted for the monthly payment, even double but at least i only pay when minimum service given. never trust a service provider. Complain to @tdrauae may be they can help you

@CaesarMotors @VirginMobileUAE I’ve got #scammed by #VirginMobile too. Service worked ok for the first 3 days then literally died afterwards despite all the troubleshooting. They refused to refund me a year’s worth of service after 5 days because of their 3 day cooloff period policy. Surely this is not right!

@VirginMobileUAE the 3 first days network was good because i have 3 days retraction after that, speed starts dropping slowly slowly day after day. I have 5G Dlink router and using iphone 13 pro. Here is the result. My mobile data is faster than this s*** 🤬

@VirginMobileUAE as you are not taking it seriously and problem is not fixed since a month i have escalated to @tdrauae , in 2025 when people doing online surgery with 5G you are serving 16mbps. My work is on hold because of your horrible network.

@GeneraltecUae I have purchased this most expensive ac they have with fitting by their “pros”. It turned to nightmare. 3 days now with bad cooling, their “pros” are rookies with no materials. They damaged the compressor hose so to avoid to replace it they tape it crazy. Now smell + no cooling

@VirginMobileUAE this is absurd, if you can’t manage the communication leave it to serious company. My 2 pro numbers are down again, i ve lost customers and delay on delivery and repairs and supply because of your outage. This doesn’t even happen in 3rd world countries 😖🤬 shame

@kurunggurung @VirginMobileUAE I have virgin and etisalat, the second works perfectly. I will not renew my contract with @VirMobileUAE i’m shifting to etisalat, more expensive but at least reliable. In such a climate its dangerous to get out of service. Safety is priceless
