Jonathan Johnson, CEO of Overstock.com, had a nice segment on Fox Business about carbon pricing. "I'm a big believer that we should be looking at price signals to the private sector. I love this idea of a carbon fee and dividend." #utpol @citizensclimate

We can’t wait to tackle the climate crisis. The signs are unmistakable. The science is undeniable. And the cost of inaction keeps mounting.

Another all-time record was broken in the state of Utah. It was not a maximum temperature this time, but rather the highest minimum temperature at SLC of 82 (old record 81, 7/18/2016). This is for a 24 hr period ending at 1am (not midnight due to day light savings time). #utwx

@Mike_Hart_UT So far, SLC has observed a high temperature at or above 100F 15 days. The record is 21 days set in 1960 and tied in 1994.
