If my duplex that I’m building doesn’t sell in less than 2 months I’m going to buy it myself with an FHA loan so I can recoup all my cash and more. I’ll live in it for one year and rent it out after. I’ve lived in two fourplexes before and I can do it again for one year. Easy for me to do this. Once the two units are rented the rental income could pay the mortgage entirely including insurance and property taxes. I’ll use the proceeds to maybe build 2 more duplexes if I can.

If this EO gets brand pharma to sell to us ( they won't know out of fear of PBMs), at anywhere near what the PBMs get ( higher , but fair ) , and we will offer cash pricing that will get close to what he wants. It's analogue to what happened with Trumps hospital pricing transparency The biggest insurance comps, (they own the PBMs), ig negotiate with hospitals and their prices are almost always higher than the cash price. So anyone with a credit card can get better pricing than what the big companies negotiate. We can make the same thing happen with brand meds. Just like we did with generic meds

I have a 160 year old duplex that I currently live in. I’m going to be moving before I insulate it since it has little to no rock wool in there. I think it’s justifiable because you can charge higher rents due to energy savings, which in turn increases value of the property. Do it
